Can I book my accommodation through this website?
No – we do not sell accommodation packages or promote Schoolies.
We are the Safer Schoolies team and work in partnership with local councils and community groups to provide support services and safety initiatives to help young people stay safe during end of school celebrations and to minimise potential impacts of these gatherings on the local community. Head to our About us page for more information on how we can support you during your celebrations.
For all enquiries about Schoolies accommodation, contact your local Schoolies accommodation provider or booking agent, e.g. Schoolies.com.
I am no longer coming to the Gold Coast and want my deposit back. Can you help?
We don't promote Schoolies or sell Schoolies accommodation packages.
Unfortunately we have no control over commercial booking agent’s refund policies or terms and conditions.
All enquiries regarding accommodation bookings need to be directed to your Schoolies accommodation booking provider, e.g. Schoolies.com.
If you believe you’re entitled to a refund but haven’t been able to resolve the matter with your Schoolies accommodation provider, you can lodge an official complaint with the Office of Fair Trading.
Our hotel won't give us our bond back – can you help?
No – we suggest you check out our information on damage control in the Rights and responsibilities section of our site. If you have exhausted all options, contact the Office of Fair Trading on 13 QGOV (13 74 68) for advice or to lodge a formal written complaint if you feel you have been unfairly treated.
