Safer Schoolies accreditation form

We are thrilled you are onboard for the 2025 Safer Schoolies Response.

We need to finalise your accreditation to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone. To do so we need a few more details.

Please ensure you are familiar with and understand your obligations under the Queensland Government’s Code of Conduct (PDF, 161.9 KB). All volunteers and staff are expected to abide by the Code of Conduct at the Safer Schoolies Response.
